An inauspicious start out of the way (I can not have a project start well, so I figured a year of stagnancy followed by giving up would be just right.

I admire Ryan Estrada, Johnathan Coulton, and the LoadingReadyRun guys immensely, and have been thinking about them for several days, and realized they have something in common...

Estrada has done 70 guest strips on one day, and many other timed events.
JoCo did Thing a Week, composing amazing things in brief times.
and to cap it, LRR do their fantastic "X ways to Y" videos.

So, I have decided to follow up, and make this DA home to

Starting with, in honor of my friend John D. , whose birthday is tomorrow,

130 Mage Things in A Year or Less

This will be done-- I will write, create, or otherwise make One Hundred and Thirty Mage: The Awakening Spells, or, in a pinch, other things.

Why Mage? Because John is starting in again.
Why 130? Because the best-case scenario is 13 spells each for every Arcanum, 1 each per arcanum for each Practice.

Geeky and inaccesible-- Seems perfect.

And so begins the idea I started my DA account for-- Small bits of.... poetry? text? I have no clue what to call them-- Things. Things will work fine. Things, 26 of them, consisting entirely of words starting with the same letter. One with nothing but Z words, etc, until A words.

Here's hoping I can keep it grammatically correct as well.
